Year 6 in the Lake District Day 3!
The adventures continue for Year 6 on their third day in the Lake District, they have been very lucky and have enjoyed some wonderful weather.
They enjoyed gorge walking, mountain hiking, rowing, canoeing and forest conservation. They even had a sing song on the top of a mountain. The groups that had not yet been tunnelling got to have a practice so they knew what to expect tomorrow. They finished the day with a yummy dinner and then spent the evening relaxing and spending some quality time together.
Mrs Gay said her group have enjoyed the canoeing he most because it was challenging but fun and they got to try something new. But they still have a whole day of activities to go so that could all change.
The staff are all very proud of Year 6. They have persevered with all the activities and have all overcome some individual challenges.
