Year 3 at the Natural History Museum

As part of our science fiction project, Year 3 visited the Natural History Museum to investigate how volcanoes and earthquakes work. They discovered the origin and changes to the tectonic plates, as well as the different types of eruptions a volcano can have. The children had some very interesting conversations about how we could help people that live in areas near a volcano.
