Safer Internet Day

On Tuesday 11th February, we celebrated Safer Internet Day in classes. The theme this year was 'Too good to be true? How to protect ourselves from scams.' Each class looked at how to identify scams, instances of phishing and how to protect profiles online. Miss Mellor popped into classes in the afternoon and was impressed by the pupil's knowledge of how to stay safe online and all children knew to tell a trusted adult if they experienced anything they were unsure about on the internet. Some classes celebrated by joining live lessons and others created artwork to show their new learning.
