Year 6 in the Lake District Day 1

Year 6 arrived at the Lake District in the early afternoon and were very eager to get stuck into lots of different activities. They started the evening's activities with some fun team building challenges. Some groups had more success than others when having to work together and complete the challenges. They enjoyed a hearty meal before really getting stuck into their Lake District adventure..

What's a day on residential without a dip in the lake?

Year 6 enjoyed an evening dip in a rather chilly lake. They did not let the chill stop them and they had a wonderful tie together jumping in and just enjoying themselves.

We are extremely proud of how hard they have worked in recent weeks and are pleased to see them enjoying themselves.
